What is 9Lamp?
9Lamp offers carefully designed lamps that bring warmth, style, and atmosphere to every room. Our mission is to make lighting more than functional—it’s about creating spaces that feel inviting, personal, and beautifully illuminated.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free shipping is included on every order. No minimums or hidden conditions—we simply believe delivery should be easy and stress-free.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days once shipped. In most cases, your order will arrive within 4–9 business days. As soon as we’ve packed your order and handed it to our delivery partner, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way.
Do you ship internationally?
For now, we only ship within the United States. Our focus is on offering the best possible experience locally. If we expand to other regions in the future, we’ll be sure to let our community know first.
What is your return policy?
Changed your mind? No problem. You have 60 days from delivery to return your items. Just reach out to us at support@9lamp.com and we’ll guide you through the process.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is accepted, refunds are usually issued within 7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a little longer to appear on your statement.
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes, we do. If you’d like to exchange an item, just let us know at support@9lamp.com and we’ll help you find the right option.

What do I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
Start by checking the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. If it has been more than 7 business days and your parcel still hasn’t arrived, contact us at support@9lamp.com and we’ll look into it right away.
What happens if I receive a damaged product?
We’re so sorry if something arrives damaged. Please email us at support@9lamp.com with a short description and, if possible, a photo. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund—whichever you prefer.
Can I update or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to change or cancel it. Reach out to us as quickly as possible after placing your order and we’ll do our best to help.
